Before

Before working with Texas Express Holding, the refinery had too many employees to oversee and not enough management to streamline and execute day to day processes. There were delays in deadlines and improper delegation of tasks and roles, leaving some teams working long hours while others felt overstaffed.

After

Once the refinery was acquired by Texas Express Holding, all those issues immediately began to get addressed in an orderly, skillful and valuable way.
